These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. Please read the section on subscriptions carefully — it explains how recurring billing works, that we do not send renewal reminders, and how to stop it.
1. About these terms
This site is operated by Lucid Synergy LLC, 1820 W. Carson St. #202-221, Torrance, CA 90501, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.
Our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Our products are formulated for healthy adults 18 and over. They are not for children, for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, or for anyone sensitive to caffeine.
We sell and ship within the United States only. See the Shipping Policy.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it — the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, if we cannot take payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
5. Pricing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Payment is taken at the time of the order.
- Shipping is free on orders over $99 and otherwise calculated at checkout, as set out in the Shipping Policy.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatching and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel.
6. Subscriptions
Choosing Subscribe & save starts a recurring order that continues until you cancel it. In plain terms:
- What you get
- One 60-capsule bottle of LUCID Focus per delivery.
- Price
- $50.99 per delivery — 15% below the one-time price of $59.99.
- How often
- Every 30 days, until you cancel.
- When you are charged
- The first payment is taken when you order. Each renewal is charged automatically on its due date using your saved payment method.
- Renewal reminders
- We do not send them. Your next charge date is always shown in your account.
- Skipping
- You can skip a delivery from your account before the renewal date.
- Cancelling
- Cancel any time from your account, or email us. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.
Please note that we do not send a reminder email before a renewal. The subscription renews automatically every 30 days and you will be charged without further notice from us. Your next charge date is shown in your account at all times, and we recommend putting it in your calendar. It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not want that delivery.
Cancelling before a renewal date stops that renewal. Cancelling after a renewal has already been charged does not refund it, and the delivery it paid for is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee unless it is your first bottle. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you by email in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect. If a renewal payment fails we will retry it and let you know; if it keeps failing we may suspend or cancel the subscription.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery timings, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. We ship to all 50 US states and do not ship internationally. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any delivery date we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.
8. Refunds and returns
Your first bottle is guaranteed for 30 days. If it is not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it in full — you keep the bottle and there is nothing to send back.
We do not accept returns, and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after your first bottle. LUCID Focus is an ingestible supplement, and a bottle that has left our control cannot be verified or resold.
This does not affect orders that arrive damaged, contain the wrong item or never arrive — those are always put right, on every order. Full detail is in the Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Product information
We work hard to describe products accurately, but packaging and formulations can change. Always read the label on the bottle you receive before use. Images are illustrative.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. LUCID Focus contains a stimulant. Do not use it alongside other caffeine or stimulant products. If you take prescription medication, or have a heart, blood pressure or anxiety condition, speak to your doctor before use. Stop taking it and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, to resell our products without our written agreement, or to submit false or misleading reviews.
12. Intellectual property
The Lucid Synergy name, logo, product names, site design, text and photography belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. You keep ownership of anything you submit to us, but grant us a licence to use it for the purpose you sent it — for example, publishing a review.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, which vary by state and always take precedence over these terms.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law
Lucid Synergy LLC is a California limited liability company based in Torrance, California, and this website is operated from California. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed with us, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both you and we consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If you are a consumer resident in another state, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the state where you live that cannot be varied by agreement.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs it. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email before they take effect.
