Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 September 2026Applies to lucid-synergy.com and any Lucid Synergy store

This policy explains what personal information Lucid Synergy LLC collects when you visit our store or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.

1. Who we are

Lucid Synergy LLC (“Lucid Synergy”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal information described here. Our address is 1820 W. Carson St. #202-221, Torrance, CA 90501, United States. You can reach us any time at info@lucid-synergy.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Order information — name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your email address and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form).
  • Subscription information — the plan you chose, its billing schedule, and its status.
  • Messages — anything you send us by email or through a form, including the contents of support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you.
  • Cookies — see section 6.

Information from others

  • Payment confirmations from Stripe, our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a truncated card reference. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Delivery updates from the carrier fulfilling your order.

We do not collect health information. We do not ask why you are buying a supplement, and you should not send us medical details. If you have a health question about an ingredient, please speak to your doctor rather than to us.

3. How we use it

  • To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and handle refunds.
  • To create and bill a subscription you have chosen, and to send you an order confirmation and tracking email for each delivery. We do not send reminder emails before a renewal — your next charge date is shown in your account.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To send you marketing email, only if you have opted in. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To keep the store secure, prevent fraudulent orders, and diagnose faults.
  • To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on these legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to process and deliver an order or subscription you placed.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the store, prevent fraud, and improve the service, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — for marketing email and any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to keep records we are required by law to keep.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with providers who need it to run the store, and only for that purpose. Each is bound to protect it.

  • Hosting — WP Engine, which hosts this website and its database.
  • Store software — WooCommerce, which processes orders and subscriptions.
  • Payments — Stripe, which processes card payments and stores the payment method used for subscription renewals. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s systems and never pass through or rest on ours. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs what it does with that information.
  • Shipping — the carrier delivering your parcel, which receives the name, address and contact details needed to deliver it. The carrier for your order is named in your tracking email.
  • Email — our email provider, used to send order confirmations, shipping notifications and, where you have opted in, marketing.

We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking service on this site. There are no third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social media trackers on our pages, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

If you would like to know exactly which providers handle a specific order of yours, email us and we will tell you.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer with it; we will tell you before that happens.

6. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — to keep your cart and session working, and to protect against fraud. This includes cookies set by Stripe for payment fraud prevention. The store cannot function without these.
  • Preference cookies — to remember choices such as a dismissed banner.

We set no analytics or advertising cookies, because we do not run analytics or advertising on this site. None of the cookies used here follow you to other websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout working. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as there is no common standard for them; we do honour Global Privacy Control where required by California law.

7. How long we keep it

  • Order and tax records — for as long as tax, accounting and consumer law require us to keep them, and no longer.
  • Account records — until you ask us to close the account.
  • Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal record so we do not email you again.
  • Support messages — for as long as they are useful in handling follow-up questions about your order, then deleted.

If you want to know what we currently hold about you, or want it deleted where we are not required to keep it, email us and we will deal with it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Email info@lucid-synergy.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising a right. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. California rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the rights above, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes we use them for — both described in sections 2 and 3.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of anyone under 16. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.

10. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, access to the store’s admin area is restricted and password protected, and payment card details never touch our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.

11. Children

Our products are for healthy adults aged 18 and over. The store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell customers by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.

13. Contact us

Questions, requests or complaints — including anything this page does not answer: info@lucid-synergy.com, or write to Lucid Synergy LLC, 1820 W. Carson St. #202-221, Torrance, CA 90501, United States.

If you are in the UK or EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
